Appleicious.

Momma's French Apple Pie.

Crust: 1 1/2 cups all purpose four
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup oil 
2 tablespoons milk
Combine first 3 ingredients. Add oil, and milk; blend well and pat in 9-inch pie pan, fluting edge if desired filling.

 Gooey Goodness Center: 6 cups peeled sliced apples 
3/4 to 1 cup sugar 
3 tablespoons flour 
1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon or nutmeg
Dash of salt
Heat oven to 425* Prepare pastry. In large bowl, combine apples, sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt; toss lightly to mix. turn into pastry-lined pie pan 

Streusel Topping: 3/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup margarine of butter 
In small bowl, combine all ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle over fruit filling. Bake for 45 minutes at 450*F
